The Cross Pointe Family experiences the power of dynamic worship and Bible teaching by coming together as a vibrant and living body of Christ every Sunday, while developing a network of friends through Life Groups.
Life Groups are the heart of Cross Pointe's small group ministry. They are about connecting like-minded people who want to grow in God and enjoy one another. Life Groups are based on people's personalities and interests, so everyone is free to choose one that works best for them. They meet regularly in homes, coffee shops, parks, lakes and just about anywhere and anytime they choose.
Relationships are really what Life Groups are all about! Relationships with others provide a source of strength, encouragement, and fun in a way that no sermon, book, or conference can.
Once you find the group that interests you, simply register. If you don't find one that interests you, take the first step to lead a Life Group by calling the Cross Pointe office (479-361-9922).

This is open to any public or private school teacher. Who knows the joys, frustrations, and struggles of a teacher like another teacher? This Life Group is designed to fit into a teacher’s busy day because it is completely online! Group members receive weekly encouraging e-mails and receive prayer support from other group members. Members commit to pray weekly for the other teachers in the group and to contact at least one group member per week. Let’s support each other!

Mission Trip To Central America

Join others with a heart for children living in third world conditions as we connect with the Feed the Children ministry for a trip to Hondoras. We will be actively involved in helping with construction and cleaning projects during the day and a fun time with children in an orphanage in the evenings. Between now and the trip we will plan, pray, and raise support for the trip which will take place June 4-11, 2010. Childcare will be provided during the meetings.

Spend a week with other adults assisting missionaries Nancy and Maurice Seauve in Villaneuve Sur Lot, France. The group will be involved in construction work at their church and will enjoy sightseeing together. This group meets regularly for lunch, planning, prayer, and raising support for the trip. The trip will take place during the spring of 2011.
NW AR Children's Shelter

Meet with other adults who have a great time playing games, making crafts and just being silly with the children at the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter. Building relationships with these children who are in transitional living is a joy for this group. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to be in this group and a background check will be required. Members will need to pay $11.00 for the background check.

Paradigm is the young adult and single ministry of our church where we are passionate about gathering for worship, study, and relaxing events. Paradigm is a group where young adults can be themselves. Our heart for this ministry is to spiritually encourage the currently unmarried generation of young adults who need a place to belong, feel loved, and be challenged in their faith. You are welcome to come and walk the journey of life together with other unmarried young adults like yourself. Every fourth Sunday night is our Paradigm Bible study (which meets in different homes).

Faith & Science: In Harmony Or In Conflict?

This year-long group will use curriculum produced by the Faraday Institute for Science and Religion and the Wesley Ministry Network to stimulate discussion on matters at the interface between science and the Christian faith. Topics that may be considered include: the origin of the universe and life on earth, environmental stewardship, human embryonic stem cells, human cloning, genetic engineering, the nature of miracles, and other selected topics depending upon the interests of the group. At each session, documentary segments will be shown that feature commentaries by leading scientist-believers. Study materials will be provided at no cost. Because building relationships is an important objective of this group, all sessions will begin with a potluck meal and time of fellowship.
