Larry grew up in Dallas and has pastored churches in Texas and Arkansas. He has a bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist, a master’s from Southwestern Seminary and a doctorate from Luther Rice Seminary. He also serves as Headquarters Chaplain at Tyson Foods in Springdale. He’s married to Rosanne and has 2 children, Katie and Andy.
Rosanne grew up in Texas and has a bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist University and a master’s degree from Southwestern Seminary in Ft. Worth. She oversees all of the administrative details of the church as well as leading the Life Group ministry.
Serena grew up in Oklahoma and Arkansas and has been married to Garris since 2005. They live in Siloam Springs and have two children, Gabriel and Ellaina. She leads our worship on Sundays and oversees all aspects of our youth and adult worship ministries.
Dri grew up in Kansas, but relocated to Siloam Springs to get her Bachelor’s in Youth Ministries at JBU. She leads Cross Pointe’s College Ministry that reaches out to students at JBU, the U of A, Ecclesia, and NWACC. She has been married to Ansen since 2007, and has two daughters, Avelea and Arwyn.
Garris grew up in Siloam and earned bachelors and masters degrees from the U of A in Agricultural Education and a Masters of Divinity at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He leads ministry to students in 6th-12th grade and oversees all aspects of our church's Media Ministry. He and Serena have two children, Gabriel and Ellaina, and live in Siloam Springs.
Karis has her Bachelor’s from the U of A in psychology and is working on her Master’s in counseling from JBU. She’s married to Bill, who is a PhD student at the U of A. Karis has lots of experience working with kids in a variety of settings. She oversees our ministry to 4th and 5th graders, which includes Children’s Worship on Sunday mornings, Forge on Wednesday nights, and lots of extra fun activities during the year.
Donna oversees all aspects of Cross Pointe’s ministry to 1st-5th graders. She was raised in Springdale and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Home Economics and Business. Donna is the wife of Vernon, the mother of three grown sons and their wives, and the grandmother of 4.
Deanna Snavely oversees all aspects of our ministry to children younger than 1st grade. Her “people skills” are very evident as she is the welcoming face to these children and their parents every Sunday morning. A native of Springdale, Deanna is married to Kevin and they have two children, Kyle and Kathryn.
Chris earned his Master’s in Agricultural Education from the U of A and works during the week at Sam's Furniture. On Sundays, he oversees the sound booth as well as our media volunteers. Chris is married to Beth Ann and they have two daughters, Riselee Ann, and Cherith.
Heather grew up in Northwest Arkansas and spent several years in Customer Service before working at Cross Pointe. She’s the proud mother of son Tyler, and daughter Ashley. She and her husband Kevin are actively involved in the ministry of our church. Heather is the friendly voice who answers the phone when people call Cross Pointe and oversees a host of other duties in the church office.
Rhonda lives in Siloam Springs with her husband and their three children and spends 20 hours each week overseeing the finances at Cross Pointe. She has a degree in Business from John Brown University and is originally from Kansas.
